Recruitment Structure

We are looking for two levels of people; the experienced and inexperienced persons. Ello'Quest Community solely aims to promote and manage crypto projects and brands around the world. In the space of adapting to the current trends, we assist both small and large company as well as individuals attain their business goals and add valuable ideas and strategies that will work for them. More reasons we aim at providing knowledge to even the unskilled.

We are in need of top skilled personnel to take up pertinent roles such as; Crypto Content writing, Graphic Designing, Community Moderators, Virtual speakers. Notwithstanding, unskilled individuals will be trained and given some basic hands-on training within the community and upon their successful completion of the training, each individual will be awarded a certificate of completion from the Ello'Quest community. Only individuals who put up excellent performance (Grade point average above 60%) during the training will be retained, to handle roles of community promotions.

However, individuals who may score below 60% GPA may be considered for chances to be among top community engagers. Their performances in this role can guarantee them the privilege to participate in our next cohort.
